1. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting our support team.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to our editorial content and reports until that billing period expires.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products & Subscriptions
- Strict No Refund Policy: All sales of digital downloads (like sector reports), subscriptions, and editorial content are final. Once a report is accessed/downloaded or a subscription period has commenced, we do not offer any refunds, partial refunds, or credits.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a subscription if you decide to cancel before the current billing cycle ends.
3. Exceptions (Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors) Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Billing: If your account was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment gateway or technical error.
- Non-Delivery/Access Issues: If you purchased a specific report but were unable to access or download it due to a critical error on our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
4. How to Request a Refund (For Exceptions Only) If you believe your situation qualifies for one of the exceptions above, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Please provide your receipt/order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
