Account Deletion Request
At Falkon Analytics, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services and want to permanently delete your account and associated personal information, please follow the policy and instructions below.
1. How to Request Account Deletion You can request the deletion of your account using one of the following methods:
- Via Email: Send an email to our support team at info@falkonanalytics.com from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include a brief statement confirming that you want your account permanently deleted.
2. What Happens When Your Account is Deleted Once your deletion request is processed:
- Your login credentials will be permanently deactivated.
- You will immediately lose access to all premium sector reports, newsletters, and active subscriptions.
- Your personal data (such as name, email address, and saved preferences) will be permanently erased from our active databases.
- You will be unsubscribed from all our marketing and editorial mailing lists.
3. Data Retention for Legal and Compliance Purposes While we will erase your profile and personal usage data, please note that we are legally required to retain certain transactional and billing records. Any data related to past payments, invoices, or financial transactions will be securely retained solely for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes as mandated by law.
4. Processing Time We aim to process all account deletion requests promptly. Please allow up to 30 days for your personal data to be completely removed from our systems, including our secure backup archives.
5. Active Subscriptions and Refunds Requesting an account deletion does not automatically grant a refund for any active subscriptions. As per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, all sales are final. If you delete your account while you still have remaining time on a paid subscription, you will forfeit the remaining access, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
